We would like to introduce ourselves as we are a well equipped foundry unit known as  M/s. VAR Foundry established in shiroli MIDC Kolhapur.

VAR Foundry having annual Capacity of 3600 MT of machined castings of Grey Iron and S.G. Iron weighing capacity from 1kg to 70kg Single piece.  As A medium scale unit we can also take up small / medium volumes for you & having Induction melting facility with Machine Moulding & automated sand Plant.
VAR Foundry also having facility for machining with CNC , VMC , VTL & Conventional set up & looking for good customer base for our expansion.

As VAR Foundry a sister concern of a well known very old industrial organization of Kolhapur M/s. Devaji Industries Which is established in 1979 by Mr. Late Shree Anandrao Devaba Patil.  Devaji  industries in the field of Heavy duty machining, Fabrication and assembling for Manufacturing Sugar, Chemical, Power projects, machinery spares and construction equipments etc.

As we are in the engineering field from last 3 decades having very good technical know how and personals in our organizations. Due to very old relationship in the engineering field as on date VAR Foundry have manufacturing castings for so many sectors like Automobiles, Automotive Components and pump industries, transmissions etc.

VAR foundry manufactures all grades of Grey & S.G Iron casting, conforming international standards, quality & grade, to meet Indian and International auto giants.
